Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from a Pokachine vending machine in Canada. Buying from a machine means you accept them.

What we sell

Machines carry sealed Pokémon trading card products and graded card slabs. Sealed product is stocked in its original factory seal from licensed distributors. We do not open, weigh or reseal packs.

Mystery graded slabs

A mystery graded slab contains one authentic graded card, concealed in an opaque sleeve. The minimum card (the "floor pull") for each batch is printed on the machine label before you buy. Beyond that printed floor, the card you receive is random. The resale value of any card can go up or down; we make no promise about what any card is worth after purchase.

All sales are final, except when the machine fails

Because products are sealed collectibles, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. The exception: if a machine charges you and fails to vend, vends the wrong item, or vends a damaged case, text the support number on the machine screen with the location and shelf code. We will refund or re-vend, usually the same day. Refund requests should be made within 7 days of purchase.

Payments

Machines accept card and mobile-wallet payments processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown on the machine before you confirm a purchase and include applicable taxes unless the screen says otherwise.

Minors

Purchases by minors should be made with a parent or guardian's permission. Mystery products are randomized collectibles, not a wagering product; every purchase receives a real product of the type described on the label.

This website

Machine locations, in-mall placements and restock schedules shown on this site can change without notice. If a machine has moved or a shelf is sold out, that is not grounds for a claim, but we do our best to keep the map current.

Intellectual property

Pokémon names, characters and card artwork are the property of their respective owners. Pokachine is an independent Canadian retailer of genuine products and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Canadian consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Hosting a machine

Hosting arrangements for venues are covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
