Questions people actually ask

Are the packs real and sealed?

Yes. We buy from licensed distributors and hobby wholesale only, and packs go into the machine in their original factory seal. We don't stock weighed or reseal-suspect product, ever.

What can I pull from a mystery slab?

Every mystery slab is a real PSA or CGC graded card. Each batch's label lists the floor pull, so the worst case is printed before you pay. The ceiling rotates every restock.

What if the machine takes my money and nothing comes out?

Text the number on the machine screen with the location and shelf code. We refund or revend, usually the same day. Every purchase is logged, so there's no arguing about whether it happened.

How often do machines get restocked?

Every machine is on a weekly route. High-traffic locations get topped up more often. If a shelf is empty, it sold out; it will be back on the next visit.

Do you buy or trade cards?

Not through the machines. If you have a collection to sell, email us and we'll point you to the buylist we run between restocks.
